What phone grades mean

UKBuyback grades describe practical used-phone condition. Grade D is lower-grade complete-device condition unless the listing separately says faulty, parts-only or spares/repair.

What to check before buying

Check model, storage, colour, network wording, battery notes, condition notes and whether images are exact listing photos or representative examples.

Grade D complete devices include 6 months warranty. Eligible online orders follow the 14-day returns process shown in the returns policy.
