Are your used devices tested before sale?
Yes. Devices are checked, graded and prepared before being listed. Product pages show the condition grade and key details so you can buy with confidence.
Can I return an item?
Eligible online orders use our 14-day returns process and your statutory rights are not affected. Returns must follow the product listing and returns policy.
Do used devices include warranty cover?
Grade D complete devices include 6 months warranty. Other selected eligible complete devices include UKBuyback hardware warranty cover where the listing says so. Parts, accessories, faulty items, spares/repair items, clearance stock, wholesale lots and trade stock may have limited or no warranty.
How do I sell a device to UKBuyback?

Do you offer wholesale stock?
Trade buyers can apply for wholesale access. Approved buyers may be offered tested devices, mixed grades, parts, accessories, returns, clearance or job lots.
